Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk– Ref # MA04162402

The Career Foundation is currently seeking a Client Service Representative on behalf of one of our employer partners.

• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Salary: $18 – $22 per hour

Job Summary:

As an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk , you will play a vital role in our financial operations. You will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and supporting the finance team in various tasks related to accounts payable and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Working in QuickBooks Online
• Ensure invoices are coded correctly and entered into the accounting system.
• Reconcile vendor statements, research, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Provide support for data entry tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience with QuickBooks online for at least 2 years.
• Previous experience in data entry and accounts payable is preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
