The Career Foundation is currently seeking a full-time Account Manager on behalf of one of our employer partners.

Location: Toronto/Hybrid – 1 or 2 days per week in office

Summary of the position:

The role of the Account Manager (AM) is to collaborate with their clients to build relationships and grow revenue within the client base that they support. Their strategic focus is to drive revenue across all lines of business. Their secondary focus is to manage clients holistically and proactively to ensure retention.

The AM will focus on:

Expectations / Role Responsibilities:

Revenue growth across all lines of business

• Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Plan / Budget Across all Lines of Business (LOB).
• Deliver a Monthly / Quarterly Forecast with Predictability for all LOB.
• Ensure that all opportunities lead with the Hub “first payment” approach to close.
• Direct customers to complete transactions through e-commerce webpage through a concentrated effort to register clients to the e-commerce platform.
• Deep understanding of all systems and resources to seek client information.
• Owning small and medium sales cycles from discovery to close.
• Building and delivering pricing & proposals.
• Make a concentrated effort to leverage the Hub Account Review process as a way to grow wallet share across all lines of business.
• Leverage internal resources to ensure that you are always learning, always abreast with knowledge of all Hub offerings in order to ensure a successful value proposition and to ensure self-sufficiency.

Close client management with high customer satisfaction & client retention

• Ongoing regular contact to current customers.
• 95-100% Client satisfaction rate.
• 100% Client data input and ongoing client data updates in hubView.
• Scheduled calls to current customers to arrange Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with all customers.
• Assist clients with inquiries and escalations.
• Registering customers for Easy Start.
• Manage client experience when delivering and/or implementing services.

Meet KPI metrics and develop product knowledge and skills

• Meet KPI metrics and review progress towards monthly targets on a weekly basis.
• Develop healthy pipeline 5:1 (30 days), 4:1 (60 Days), 3:1 (90 Days / 90+ Days) across all LOB.
• Accurately forecast to management on the first working day of every month.
• Grow product knowledge and apply learnings to grow wallet share within accounts.
• Implement coaching feedback from leadership team.

Requirements:

• Contact customers to discuss all lines of business.
